Closo agents (Auto-Pricer, Auto-Offers, Title Booster, Quick Seller, Auto-Share, Deal Finder) record their actions so you can review and, where possible, undo them. The undo window varies by agent — Auto-Pricer, for example, can only be reverted within 60 minutes — and not every action can be undone, because some marketplace operations are public, dispatched, or completed and Closo cannot reach back to reverse them. This article walks through each agent in plain terms.
How undo works
Open any agent page, scroll to the agent's recent actions panel, and use the «Undo» control. A dialog opens with the actions that are still eligible. Pick the ones to revert, or undo all in the window. For agents whose actions cannot be undone, the dialog explains why and points at the next best step (pause, support, marketplace page).
Reverts are not always instant. When the action touched a marketplace listing (price, title, tags), Closo queues the revert through the same dispatch path as the original change. Allow a few minutes for the update to propagate to each connected marketplace.
Auto-Pricer
Auto-Pricer changes can be reverted in full, but only within 60 minutes of the change being applied. Selecting an action restores the previous price on Closo and re-queues the price update across every active marketplace listing. After 60 minutes the revert endpoint returns 'Revert window expired' and you'll need to set the price back manually.
Open Auto-PricerAuto-Offers
Sent offers cannot be revoked. Once an offer is dispatched, marketplace likers and watchers may have already received and seen it — there is no marketplace API to recall a delivered offer. If the offer wasn't accepted, it will expire on its own per the marketplace's offer window.
For credit or billing questions about an offer that didn't convert, please contact support — we don't process automatic refunds here.
Open Auto-OffersTitle Booster
Title Booster changes (title, description, tags) can be reverted to the previous version. After undo, the marketplace queue will re-sync the listing on each connected marketplace — this is not instant; allow a few minutes for the update to propagate.
Open Title BoosterQuick Seller
Quick Seller's undo behavior depends on the lot's status at the moment you ask:
Building (draft) lots
Published lots (not sold yet)
Sold lots
Auto-Share
Shares are public timeline actions. Once a share goes out to Poshmark, Depop, or any marketplace, we cannot un-share it — the action is visible to anyone who saw your feed before you could react.
What you can do instead:
Pause Auto-Share
Re-share later
Deal Finder
Deal Finder surfaces wholesale lots for you to browse — browsing itself doesn't change anything in your store, so there's nothing to undo there.
When you flag interest in a lot, the next steps happen on the marketplace page:
Interest not yet matched
Matched and payment in progress
Lot delivered
What if I need help?
If an undo did not work the way you expected — for example, a marketplace did not pick up the reverted price after 10 minutes — email support@closo.co with your seller ID and the action's product or lot ID. We can dig into the queue and confirm what happened.
