The Floor Pricer looks at four signals to set a minimum price you're comfortable accepting:
**Cost**: what you paid. Never sells below this unless you explicitly allow.
**Recent comps**: what similar items (same brand, category, condition) actually sold for in the last 90 days.
**Marketplace fees**: Poshmark takes 20%, Mercari 10% + 2.9%, Depop 10% — the floor accounts for what hits your wallet.
**Your buffer**: how much room you keep on top. This is not a flat 15%. In safe mode the floor sits at 70% of the recent market median for the item. In cost mode it keeps a minimum margin over your cost, 10% by default. You can raise the buffer to be more conservative or lower it to move inventory faster.
You configure all of this in your Auto-Pricer Floor settings, not in a separate Liquidation settings screen. Set a global rule for everything, or per-category rules, and choose safe, cost, or a custom mode for each scope.
