The Closo extension and Closo Cloud do similar work — they both keep your marketplace sessions warm — from very different places. The extension runs in your local Chrome; Cloud runs on Closo's servers. Most sellers only need one of the two; some sellers benefit from both.

When the extension alone is enough
The extension is the right answer if you work from your desktop Chrome most days, are online for several hours each day, do not schedule Sharer or Refresher work to run overnight, and have fewer than 300 active listings. In that mode, leaving Chrome open with the extension installed keeps everything warm enough.
When Cloud makes sense
Cloud is the right answer if you work from your phone often, travel or take days off where your laptop is not running, schedule automation to fire overnight (Sharer, Refresher, or Autopilot during your active hours regardless of where you are), or have more than 300 active listings where silent failure costs you sales.
Can I use both?
Yes — Unlimited subscribers get both. The extension continues to help in moments where your local browser participates in a fire (some Mercari and Poshmark cases benefit from a real local browser session). Cloud handles the rest of the time when your Chrome is not active. The two cooperate via a built-in idle check so they do not step on each other's work.
Cost-benefit math
The price difference between Pro ($29/month) and Unlimited ($59/month) is $30 a month. If Cloud saves you one sale per month that would otherwise have silently failed because cookies expired while you slept, it pays for itself. For most full-time resellers, that math works out fast.
