Two different actions live next to each other in the Bulk Actions menu on the Inventory page — and they do very different things.
Delist
Pulls the listing off a marketplace but keeps the product in your Closo inventory. Use it when an item is temporarily unavailable, you want to refresh photos, or you're moving to a different platform. You can re-list with one click later.
Delete
Removes the product from Closo entirely AND, by default, ends its live listings on every marketplace where it's live. There's a short undo window right after you confirm; once it closes the deletion is final. You confirm once, in the Delete dialog.
How to delete: Bulk Actions → Delete → tick the products → Delete (N). If any of them are live, the dialog says so (N product is listed on marketplaces) and names the marketplaces it will end listings on. Tick Remove from Closo only — keep my live marketplace listings to take the product out of Closo and leave the marketplace listings up. To take an item off a marketplace but keep it in Closo, use Bulk Actions → Delist instead.
