What the buyer pays
You choose one of two modes in Shipping settings: a flat rate per order (the buyer pays it at checkout, and it is added to your payout), or free shipping (you absorb the cost — a strong conversion lever for higher-priced items).
Closo shipping labels
Direct orders ship with Closo labels. On the order row in My Shop → Orders, press Get shipping label, pick the package size, and the label is bought in one tap:
Small — $4.95 · 8×6×2 in, up to 8 oz. Medium — $6.95 · 10×8×4 in, up to 1 lb. Large — $9.95 · 14×10×6 in, up to 2 lb. Extra large — $13.95 · 16×12×8 in, up to 5 lb.
Every label is USPS Ground Advantage with tracking included, and the price you see is final — no weighing, no surprises at the counter. The label cost comes out of that order’s payout, so nothing is ever charged to your card.
The tracking number attaches to the order by itself, the buyer sees it on their order page immediately, and the carrier’s own scans move the order through “in transit” and “delivered” — you never type a tracking number by hand.
