Marketplace error 401 or 403 — what to do

401 means your session expired. 403 usually means a captcha or rate-limit. Different fixes.

401 Unauthorized
Your marketplace session expired. Open Marketplaces and click Reconnect on the affected one. The extension grabs a fresh session in the background — your listings stay live.
403 Forbidden — captcha shown
Open the marketplace in a normal tab. If you see a captcha (“Are you human?”), solve it. The next Closo action will work.
403 Forbidden — rate-limited
You (or the extension) made too many requests too quickly. Closo automatically backs off for 5-10 minutes; just wait.
403 Forbidden — account warning
The marketplace flagged something on your account. Open the marketplace in a normal tab — there's usually a banner explaining what they need.
