Crosslist your first product — 5-minute walkthrough

Once your marketplaces are connected and the extension is installed, listing is fast. Here's the path most new sellers take.

Step 1 — Add a product

Open Inventory from the left sidebar. Click Create Listing. Drop in up to 24 photos, fill in the title, description, brand, size, condition, category and price under Master fields. Once the product is saved, the ✦ Sold comps button on its row opens Analyze, which shows what similar items actually sold for.

Step 2 — Pick the marketplaces

On the right, under 2 Per marketplace, you'll see a row for each marketplace (Poshmark, eBay, Shopify, Depop, Vinted, Mercari…) marked Connect, ready or listed. Master fields are translated to each marketplace automatically — you only fill the few fields a marketplace can't derive (for eBay, the editor lists the item specifics it requires for your category).

Step 3 — Click Crosslist

Click Save & list on N market (or, from Inventory, Bulk Actions → Cross-list, tick the product, Bulk List (1) → List). The marketplace icon on the product row shows a spinner while listing and a green check once it's live, typically within 1-2 minutes each. If a marketplace hits a snag the icon turns red — click it to read the marketplace's message and use Retry on <Market>. You can leave the page; Closo handles the rest in the background.
