Your first week with Closo — day-by-day

We don't believe in 100-page setup guides. Here's the path real sellers take — split into bite-sized days so it never feels overwhelming.

Day 1 — Install + connect one marketplace

Install the Closo Chrome extension. Pin it to your toolbar. Open Marketplaces from the Account menu and click Connect on your busiest marketplace (most resellers start with Poshmark or eBay). Setup time: 5 minutes.

Day 2 — Import what's already listed

If you already have an active closet on Poshmark or store on eBay/Shopify, import those listings into Closo so you don't have to re-type everything. Click Imports in the sidebar (under Inventory), pick the marketplace, click Start. Closo pulls in titles, photos, prices, and condition.

Day 3 — Crosslist your first 5 products

Pick 5 of your favorite items in Crosslister. Connect a second marketplace (Mercari, Vinted, or Depop). Toggle on the new marketplace for those 5 products and click Crosslist. Watch each marketplace badge move from Queued to Syncing to Listed.

Day 4 — Turn on Auto-Sharer (Poshmark sellers only)

If you sell on Poshmark, automated sharing is a strong growth lever. Open Auto-Sharer from Agents, set your active hours (when you'd normally be awake), and click Start. Closo will share your closet automatically with human-like timing. Note: automated sharing is currently a limited Poshmark canary, so it may not be available on your account yet.

Day 5 — Crosslist the next 50 products

Now that you've seen the flow, batch up. Use Bulk edit in Crosslister to pick 20-50 products at once and crosslist them to all your connected marketplaces. Closo posts them sequentially over an hour to stay under marketplace rate limits.

Day 6 — Set up your wallet (Stripe + Plaid)

Closo's wholesale Sell module pays out through Stripe. Open Wallet, complete the 3-minute Stripe identity check, and link a bank account through Plaid. You don't need this for crosslisting — only for Sell.

Day 7 — Turn on AI helpers

Open Hive (under Agents) to see what's available: Auto Offers to send offers to likers on Poshmark, Title Booster to rewrite titles for SEO, and more. Auto-Pricer (which lowers prices on stagnant items) rolls out to a cohort and is hidden by default until your account is enabled. Each agent has a Conservative / Balanced / Aggressive preset — start Balanced.
