The bell icon sits in the top-right of every Closo seller page. A small red dot appears when something is unread. Click the bell to open a tray showing your recent activity — sales, listings posted, marketplace events, and anything that needs your attention.

A green dot means something good happened — a sale, a successful post. A yellow dot means something needs your attention soon, but is not urgent — a reconnect prompt, a captcha required, a slow-moving listing. A red dot means something needs attention now — a repeated-failure alert, a billing failure, an account-safety event.
Where the bell does not show up yet
Inside the new Edit Listing page the bell is not yet present — coming in a future update. Mobile push is not a working notification channel today; it is planned, but there is no committed launch date yet.
Manage what you see
Open Settings from your Account menu and go to the Notifications tab. (The old notification-settings link now redirects here.) These per-event-type toggles control what appears in the in-app bell and banners only — mute any event type you don't want to see, for example everything except sales. Email is controlled separately on the Settings > Email tab, where you choose how often Closo emails you.
Mark read and clear
Click any notification in the tray to open it; that automatically marks it read. A Mark all read button at the top of the tray clears everything in one click.
