When to email us
Email **support@closo.co** when: you found a bug, your account is locked, you have a billing question, you need a refund, or you've tried 3 articles and still haven't found the answer.
What to include
1. Your seller email (so we can find your account).
2. The marketplace involved (if any).
3. A screenshot of what you saw (Mac: Cmd+Shift+4. Windows: PrtScn or Win+Shift+S).
4. The 3-5 word steps you took before the issue happened.
