Import your listings and merge duplicates, step by step (video guide)

Four short videos: pull your existing listings from a marketplace or a CSV, and let Closo link the same item listed twice into one product — with your say on every pair.

Most sellers arrive with the same items already listed on two or three marketplaces. Import brings them all into one catalog; the merge review links the duplicates so one sale takes the item off everywhere. Recorded on the real cabinet.

Import lives under Inventory. Each connected marketplace is a source you can pull from. Pick a marketplace. Closo pulls every listing into your catalog, photos and prices included, and keeps it in sync from then on. No marketplace yet? Upload a C S V with your products instead.

2. Import from a CSV

2. Import from a CSV

Drop your spreadsheet. Columns are mapped automatically: title, price, SKU, condition, photos by URL. Check the mapping, fix anything Closo guessed wrong, and start the import. Every row becomes a draft product, ready to list.

3. Review duplicates

3. Review duplicates

When the same item was listed on two marketplaces, Closo finds the pair and asks you. Open Review and link. Each pair shows both listings side by side with a match score. Yes, link them keeps one product with both listings under it. Keep separate leaves two products.

4. After the merge

4. After the merge

A linked product shows every marketplace it is on, in one row. Edit it once, and the change goes to every marketplace. Sell it once, and it comes off everywhere.
