List a product on every marketplace, step by step (video guide)

Four short videos from the real Crosslister: select products, pick the marketplaces, fix what a marketplace still needs, and read the status icons — including what to do when a listing fails.

Listing is one click per product per marketplace. These clips are recorded on the real Crosslister, so what you see is exactly what you get.

1. Pick the products

1. Pick the products

This is the Crosslister. Every product you sell lives here, in Draft, Active or Sold. Tick the products you want to list. One, ten or a hundred, the flow is the same. The toolbar appears with List and the count. Click List.

2. Choose the marketplaces

2. Choose the marketplaces

Tick the marketplaces this product goes to. Only connected marketplaces are offered. Closo checks each product against each marketplace before sending anything. If a marketplace still needs a field, it says so right here. Fix it in the editor, or list to the marketplaces that are ready and come back for the rest.

3. Read the status icons

3. Read the status icons

Click List, and every product shows a marketplace icon per destination. A green check means live on that marketplace. A grey icon means not listed there. A spinner means in progress, and red means it failed. Click a live icon to open the listing on the marketplace.

4. When a listing fails

4. When a listing fails

When a marketplace refuses a listing, the icon on that row turns red and the bell at the top lights up. Open the bell: every failure is listed with the marketplace's own reason. Click the red icon on the row, fix what it names, then Retry. Only that product on that marketplace is sent again.
