Everything happens in My Shop in your Closo cabinet. If you have not created a shop yet, the Create form asks for three things: your shop name, your web address (the /c/your-name part), and your flat shipping rate.
Dress the storefront
Storefront settings live on the My Shop screen: a banner (upload your own or pick a preset), an avatar, a tagline and an About text. Shops with a real banner and a couple of sentences about who you are convert noticeably better than bare ones — buyers are deciding whether to trust a stranger with their card.
Publish — and the shipping check
The Publish button takes your shop live. Before it does, it asks you to confirm how you ship: a flat rate per order, or free shipping. A shop cannot go live with shipping left at $0 by accident — that would quietly make every order ship at your expense.
Pausing works the same way in reverse: Pause shop takes the storefront down to an “on a break” page, keeps your address reserved, and you can publish again any time.
