Orders is your fulfillment workflow for wholesale Sell sales (it's separate from your marketplace orders, which Poshmark/Mercari/etc. handle on their own apps).
Order lifecycle
1. **New** — buyer paid via Stripe, you have 5 business days to ship.
2. **Packing** — click Start packing. Closo shows you the full piece list as a checklist.
3. **Shipped** — paste the tracking number, click Mark shipped. Buyer gets an email notification.
4. **Delivered** — when tracking shows delivered, Closo holds funds for 24 hours then releases to your Stripe payout.
