How to read the results
Median price
The market price at the top of the drawer (for example $19 market price · 60 sales in the last 90 days) is what buyers actually pay for this item. A safe starting price — Price at $N applies it to your listing in one click.
Top 25%
The top of the range bar (for example $14–$30, with a market marker and a you marker for your current price). Aim here if your item is pristine.
Bottom 25%
The bottom of the range bar — where items in fair condition or with minor flaws cleared. Avoid pricing here unless you're moving inventory fast.
Days to sale
The typical time to sell tile — how long these items took to sell. Shorter = high demand.
