Selling a wholesale lot means money moves from a buyer to you, so Closo has to know where to send it. Before you can publish your first lot, you need a connected payout account, handled through Stripe. This is a one-time setup — once it is done, you can publish lots freely.
Connect your payout account
Open your Sell page. If payouts are not set up yet, you will see a banner asking you to connect your payout account. Click it to start, and Closo hands you off to Stripe to enter your details. Stripe walks you through who you are and where your money should land.
Finish onboarding
Starting is not the same as finishing. Closo only treats your payout account as ready once three things are true: the account exists, Stripe onboarding is complete, and payouts are enabled. Closo also runs a quick live check that your account can actually receive transfers. If you leave any step half-done, the banner stays up and Publish will keep asking you to set up payouts.
Reading the payout banner
Not connected — you have not started; the banner invites you to connect. In progress — you started Stripe onboarding but have not finished; click Continue to pick up where you left off. Ready — onboarding is complete and payouts are enabled; the banner clears and you can publish lots.
If something looks stuck — for example Stripe needs a document or a detail re-entered — reopen the flow from the banner and complete the outstanding items. Once Stripe confirms and payouts are enabled, you are good to go.
