The Closo Wallet is a buyer-side balance you use to fund and pay for wholesale lots inside Closo. You add money to it, and that balance is what you spend when you buy lots from other sellers.
Deposits
You top up your Wallet by making a deposit through Stripe. Deposits range from $5 up to $50,000.
Your balances
The Wallet separates your money into a deposit balance (funds you've added), an earned balance, and a held balance (funds tied up in pending activity).
Identity verification for large deposits
Once a deposit reaches $1,000 or more, you'll be asked to verify your identity before it can go through. This check applies to deposits — it's separate from the Stripe Connect onboarding sellers use to receive payouts.
