Making & responding to offers on wholesale lots

Buyers can send offers on your wholesale lots; here's how an offer is made, how you accept, counter or decline, and what happens to the buyer's card.

Buyers can negotiate on your wholesale lots by sending you an offer instead of paying the list price. Offers are available to all sellers.

How a buyer makes an offer

A buyer adds a payment card (Closo sets it up securely with Stripe) and sends you an offer on a lot. The card is saved so the purchase can complete instantly if you accept — it isn't charged when the offer is sent.

Responding to an offer

When an offer comes in you can accept, counter, or decline it. If you accept, the buyer's saved card is charged for the agreed amount and the lot becomes a paid order you fulfill through Orders. Counter to propose a different price, or decline to turn it down.

Auto-offers on marketplaces

Separately from wholesale-lot offers, Closo can send automatic offers on your marketplace listings for eBay and Poshmark.
