Toggles in the right side panel show Closo's current confidence about each marketplace. Grey means we won't let you list there until we know the request will succeed.
The five reasons
1. The marketplace isn't connected
Open Marketplaces and click Connect on the missing one.
2. Your session expired
Marketplace cookies last 30-90 days. We'll prompt to Reconnect; the toggle goes live again immediately after.
3. Required fields are missing
Each marketplace has different required fields — eBay item specifics, Mercari category, Vinted brand. The toggle stays grey until they're filled.
4. The Closo extension is offline
Open the extension popup; if the badge is red, the extension lost its websocket. Click anywhere to reconnect.
5. The marketplace is in a temporary cooldown
After a failure (rate limit, captcha, server error), Closo waits 5-10 minutes before retrying. The toggle reactivates automatically.
